I've spent the last 7 years helping companies figure out what to actually do with AI.
It started during my time at Siemens, where I spent nearly 5 years managing procurement teams of up to 70 people across multiple countries. I drove 20% year-over-year business growth, led automation projects that cut costs by 10% annually, and managed a cloud migration for 500,000+ users worldwide. I trained over 1,000 employees in 14 countries — and learned that the hardest part of any technology change isn't the technology. It's the people.
That insight became the foundation of everything I do now.
Since 2019, I've worked as an independent AI trainer and keynote speaker, helping organizations across Czechia, Germany, and Austria adopt AI in a way that's practical, ethical, and lasting. I've trained 5,000+ professionals at companies including Volkswagen Financial Services, Red Bull, Vodafone, Pfizer, T-Mobile, JetBrains, and Rohlik. I've spoken at 30+ events — from a keynote at Hannover Messe to a panel at the Oxford AI Forum.
I lead the "AI in Management" working group at the Czech Association of Artificial Intelligence, where my team develops methodologies for responsible AI implementation in business processes. In 2024, I completed the AI Governance program at the University of Oxford and was named AI Personality of the Year (Business category) by the Czech AI community.
I speak six languages — native Czech and German, fluent English, plus conversational Italian, Russian, and Spanish. I deliver all my work in the language that fits your team best.
I don't believe in AI for AI's sake. I believe in AI that makes people's work lives better. That's the thread through everything I do.
